This page lets you exercise your rights over the personal data Scheduler (MTS) processes about you, as governed by the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
Your copy of Scheduler (MTS) (Art. 15 and 20 — access and portability)
The copy of the content you keep in Scheduler (MTS) is requested in writing: write to soporte@pibico.es from your account address and you will receive it within the Art. 12.3 deadline (one month, extendable by two more if the case warrants it, with notice to you).
Your account data
Separately from the above, the central access registry keeps what is needed to identify and bill you: profile, organizations you belong to, registered access keys and credit balance. It downloads as JSON, and contains no service content — that is the section above.
Delete my account (Art. 17 — right to erasure)
You can request the deletion of your account and its associated data. This action is irreversible. Billing records are kept anonymized for the legal retention period (6 years).
